- Handle booth assignments and distribute confirmation to exhibitors
- Receive and process all registrations
- Generate periodic and final listing of registrants including exhibitors
- Coordinate off-property special events, such as tours and spouse programs
- Respond to phone, fax and e-mail inquires from attendees and exhibitors
