Contract Negotiations
Meetings USA, Inc. can negotiate contracts for meetings and events of all sizes -- large or small. We are compensated based upon realized room nights, so there is no cost to you for our services.
Contract Negotiation Services include:
- Negotiating the lowest possible guest room rates for your attendees/participants/members.
- Maximizing concessions including complimentary rooms, complimentary function space and reduced food and beverage pricing; lower deposit requirements and minimizing room and/or food and beverage attrition.
- Ensuring force majeure; cancellation liability; and construction clauses are included in contract.
- Ongoing room block review/adjustment.
- Audit of rooms post-event.
All contracts are customized and written in your best interest to ensure you the greatest number of concessions while minimizing your financial exposure.
